Art and Play Daycare

Being in an Art Studio Art and Play Program will also focus a lot on visual art. Art is a medium through which a child expresses his/her thoughts, feelings and fantasies. A child's artwork depicts his/her perception of the world around him/her. Children who are encouraged to express through art, their thoughts, feelings and imaginations are broadened and enriched. Art promotes creativity and ability to think. We encourage reading readiness for kindergarten from an early age. We do a Phonics Program with the Pre-School age children. This includes both lower case and upper case letters. We also have daily circles that include calendar, weather, seasons, days of the week as well as teaching colors, numbers and shapes.
