Sea Island Community Centre - Burky's Preschool

This licensed preschool (3-5 years) is operated by the Sea Island Community Association. The program is play-based and provides children with the opportunity to develop a variety of skills as the belief is that children learn by interacting with others and through different mediums. 

This environment allows children to explore the world around them in a safe and predictable setting and encourages independence and decision making that helps children discover a unique learning style. As all children learn differently, the aim is to work with each child individually while also guiding them to work responsibly in a group setting. 

Licensed preschools have qualified Early Childhood Education (ECE) Preschool instructors.
