Dreamland Infant and Toddler Daycare

Our center is licensed by Fraser Health to provide childcare for children under 36 months old. Our center has two locations in North Burnaby, BC.

The program at Dreamland infant and toddler daycare is designed to meet children's individual social, emotional, physical, and cognitive developmental needs. We strive to provide each child with all the essential tools for life-long learning.​

We run five days a week at both locations opening at 8:15 a.m. and closing at 5:15 p.m. Our ratio is one teacher for four children.

Philosophy

At Dreamland infant and toddler daycare center our philosophy is to provide a safe, caring and positive environment for each child so the child is able to explore, develop, and grow according to his/her own individual stage of development and personality.

We believe that every child is to be respected as an individual and a member of the group. We also support the positive relationships between children, families, and staff. Our goals is to foster the development of a positive self-image and to build confidence in our children through playing. Therefore, we provide program that support the children’s emotional, social, creative, cognitive and physical growth and development.

To ensure our quality of service we have a team of qualified skilled ECE and Infants and toddlers teachers. Staff are entitled to open communication and opportunities for profession growth within a supportive and professional work environment. Moreover, we offer to our daycare children the opportunity to learn Mandarin through daily activities. The children participate in the outdoor play every day.
