Garderie L'Ile Aux Enfants

Since 2003, we have been very pleased to offer quality child care services in French to promote the overall development, physical health, safety and well-being of children in a stimulating and positive environment.

We offer 12 spaces for children from 30 months to 5 years old. The daycare is managed by a Board of Directors made up of a group of volunteer francophone parents whose children attend the daycare. We welcome children from 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday and all year round except for statutory holidays and year-end holidays.

Activities and programming

Our daycare offers a program designed to provide each child with a variety of experiences through a range of activities in which they are invited to participate. Our program includes free activities as well as varied and structured daily learning experiences:

-Indoor and outdoor games

-Calm and active games

-Individual and group activities in small or large groups

-Motor and manipulative activities

-Activities decided by the child or suggested by the educational team

We also offer a pre-school program in French.

-Educational activities such as Paul and Suzanne or Brindami are offered to children aged 3 to 5 years old, 2 to 3 times a week

-Our premises are set up to allow the children direct contact with the material
