We at Kids Castle believe that the "Learning through Play," Philosophy will help your child to grow towards knowing them self as well as the world around them! Kids Castle daycare and preschool staff are fully certified early childhood educators. The out of school staff may be E.C.E certified as the license does not require the out of school staff to be E.C.E certified. The staff is very cheerful and respectful and ensures they are able to meet each child's needs. Kids Castle is happy to take practicum students from different colleges around the lower mainland. When hiring new staff members, background experience is always recommended and criminal record checks are performed. They are always sure to get proper documentation from every student that visits the daycare. Most importantly, safety regarding children comes first and each staff member holds a first aid certificate
