JELIC

Suitable for children aged 3-7.

The first six years of life are most crucial for a child’s development. JELIC is an international enrichment program with centers in Taiwan, Canada, America, Singapore, China, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Designed by a team of educators, child psychologists, physicists, and mathematicians, the JELIC curriculum supports young children in developing important life skills through fun puzzles and activities. The program foresees the importance of exploration and discovering through scientific designed materials that feeds to Children’s Judgement Quotient, Emotion Quotient, Logic Quotient, Intelligence Quotient and Creativity Quotient. By unfolding these potentials, the children are prepared in life skills, Linguistic Capabilities, Aesthetic Creation, Combinational Thinking, Intelligent Reasoning, and Mathematical Deduction. Children have the freedom to explore, discover, then realize with their very OWN progress and ability through over 250+ boxes. The program widens children’s observation skills, problem solving skills, concentration, independent learning, fine motor skills, reasoning, and much more!

English/Mandarin

Suitable for children aged 3yrs + 

The language is becoming more and more useful and the reasons are all very different as to why people study it. Learning Chinese has many benefits across the spectrum, from gaining cultural insight to better  business opportunities, from making lifelong friendships to travelling. In fact, there has never been a better time to learn Chinese than today. Learning Mandarin gives you access to communicate with many people and connect on a deeper level, not just in Asia but across the world! Studies suggest that learning Chinese uses more parts of the brain than are required for other languages. As there are numerous differences between learning Chinese when compared with the English language, including tones and characters, it is believed that learning Chinese takes more brain power! Whereas English speakers only use the left temporal lobe, speakers of Mandarin use both. Furthermore, learning to write characters can help with motor skills and visual recognition will keep the mind sharp. By studying mandarin, you will see a gradual improvement on children’s comprehension ability in writing, reading, listening, and speaking. children’s will be able to read, watch a television program, have a conversation, and be able to write.
