Sexsmith Community Preschool @ Sexsmith Elementary

Sexsmith Community preschool is operated by a volunteer board of directors made up of the parents of children enrolled in the preschool. Two dedicated staff teach at the preschool and are supported by numerous volunteers and the Community School's Programs and Services team located in the main school. Children and families from many local school areas, including Laurer, Trudeau, Henderson, Moberly and DLG, enroll in our multi-cultural community preschool. 

The entire community school team supports the preschool. Because of this the benefits are immense. From use of the elementary school facility including gym and library and activity rooms the preschool also gains from the support of the programs staff, teaching staff and support from the older children from the community who attend the regular school. Children therefore feel a part of the entire school community.
